Josh brings nearly 20 years of experience in the accounting profession, with deep specialization in international tax compliance and consulting. As an International Tax Services Partner, he works closely with companies navigating complex cross-border tax matters, advising on both outbound and inbound structures to ensure compliance while optimizing global tax outcomes.
Josh has advised businesses across a broad range of industries on international tax structuring, entity selection, foreign tax credit optimization, Subpart F and GILTI planning, PFIC analysis, transfer pricing strategies, foreign withholding obligations, tax treaty interpretation, and FATCA compliance. He also counsels’ individuals on pre-immigration planning and estate tax strategies, helping clients manage risk and preserve value across jurisdictions.
Known for his practical, solutions-driven approach, Josh focuses on aligning international tax strategy with long-term business objectives, enabling clients to build sustainable, efficient global operations. In addition to his international expertise, he provides federal and state tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and small- to mid-size businesses.
Josh’s industry experience spans financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, oil and gas, professional services, and real estate, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both operational and strategic challenges in competitive markets.
