He brings deep technical expertise and commercial insight from leading complex engagements across a broad range of industries, including financial services, oil and gas, production sharing contracts, investment properties, manufacturing, and pension plans.

In addition to his client leadership, Justin leads the firm’s Resourcing Hub, where he not only ensures the delivery of high-quality audit and accounting talent to meet client needs but also mentors and trains the next generation of accountants, shaping future leaders in the profession. Drawing on his extensive experience auditing top-tier investment sector clients under IFRS and US GAAP, he combines technical rigor with a client-first mindset, consistently driving excellence, integrity, and innovation across every engagement.
